Doha: Egypt today renewed its strong condemnation of the Iranian attacks targeting Kuwait and Bahrain, describing them as a highly dangerous escalation and a blatant violation of the two countries' sovereignty that threatens the security and stability of the Gulf region and further heightens regional tensions.

According to Qatar News Agency, in a statement, Egypt's Ministry of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed Egypt's full solidarity with Kuwait and Bahrain and its support for both countries in the face of any threat to their security, stability, or territorial integrity.

The ministry also stressed Egypt's categorical rejection of any attack on the sovereignty and security of Arab states or any targeting of their vital facilities or civilians.
