Doha: HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al-Thani met on Tuesday with HE Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Sweden Maria Malmer Stenergard, and the accompanying delegation, who is visiting the State of Qatar.

According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting focused on discussing the latest security developments and updates in the region. Both parties explored aspects of defense cooperation and emphasized the importance of joint coordination in light of the current circumstances.

The meeting was attended by HE Minister of State for International Cooperation Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad, along with a number of senior officials and officers from both sides, highlighting the significance of the discussions in fostering international relations.
