The Police Officers Institute celebrated the graduation of two training courses on Dealing with Accidental Security Situations and Security Risk Management, at the Institute’s headquarters in Al Sailiya on Thursday, July 28, 2022.

The ceremony was attended by Maj. Abdullah Juma Al Kubaisi, Assistant Director of the Police Officers’ Institute along with a number of officers of the Institute.

The course dealing with accidental security situations, in which 51 officers participated, aimed to familiarize the participants with the main concepts of dealing with accidental security situations and focused on accidental situations during major sporting events.

The security risk management course dealt with a number of topics related to security risks and their management and how to define the strategic objectives of security risks, through lectures and practical applications that permeated the course.
