Doha: HE Chairman of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya Dr. Mohamed Al Menfi arrived in Doha to offer condolences on the passing of HH the Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani.

According to Qatar News Agency, Dr. Al Menfi was accompanied by a delegation and was welcomed at Hamad International Airport. The reception was led by HE Minister of Transport Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Thani, alongside Acting Charge d'Affaires of the Embassy of Libya in Doha, Faraj Mohamed Al Arabi.
