Doha: Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Lebanese President Joseph Aoun have discussed bilateral relations and ways to strengthen cooperation between their countries, particularly in the economic and political fields.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Bahrain News Agency reported that the two leaders reaffirmed in a phone call their shared commitment to developing the close ties in a way that serves the common interests of both countries and their peoples.
