The Arab League Monday condemned Israeli "crimes against humanity" in the Gaza Strip, which have continued since October. "What is happening in Gaza is a flagrant violation of international conventions and norms, with the failure of the international community to stop the brutal Israeli aggression against civilians, relief workers and medical teams performing their humanitarian duty," the pan-Arab organization said in a statement marking International Humanitarian Day on August 19.
