Doha:HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani announced a portfolio of projects and investment opportunities valued at approximately QAR 221 billion over the next five years. These plans include infrastructure projects, such as public-private partnerships, and private-sector investments in the real estate and hospitality sectors.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Amir made this announcement during his speech at the opening of the Shura Council's second ordinary session of the second legislative term, which coincided with the Council's 55th annual session.

His Highness emphasized the effectiveness of the Third National Development Strategy. The reforms under this strategy are designed to enhance economic competitiveness under normal circumstances and to bolster resilience during challenging times.
