The Secretary-General of the Babylon Movement, Rayan Al-Kildani, discussed with the head of the National Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim, the political situation in the country.
A statement of the Babylon Movement stated that: “The meeting discussed the general situation and the most important political, security, economic and service developments, and the need to strengthen understandings and give priority to the interests of citizens.”
Al-Kildani affirmed the Babylon movement’s support for the government and its steps that are in the interest of the country and the citizen and support for stability efforts in all the country’s governorates, noting: “The stage requires everyone to join hands.”
Al-Kaldani pointed out: the importance of supporting the constitutional entitlements of the Christian component and other components, and the importance of taking more steps to preserve the national components that support state building.
For his part, Al-Hakim affirmed his support for the Christian component and other components in the country and the importance of meeting their constitutional entitlements, as well as supporting government reforms that support the rights of citizens and various components.
