Al-Amara Investigation Court, in cooperation with Interpol, recovered an accused from outside Iraq who killed three people in Maysan Governorate.
A statement to the Judicial Council media stated, “The accused who carried out a murder against three people in Maysan was recovered after all duly communications were made with diligent efforts.”
It continued, “The accused confessed to committing the murder of the three people, and his statements were duly recorded and he was arrested in accordance with the provisions of Article (1/406/A) of the Penal Code.”/End
