Doha: President of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and Senior Vice-President of the FIFA Council Sheikh Salman bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa expressed his full solidarity with the State of Qatar following the brutal aggression on Doha on Tuesday. According to Qatar News Agency, the AFC President stated that the Asian football family stands with the State of Qatar. He commended Qatar's significant position on the international map and its commendable roles in promoting the values of love and peace globally. Sheikh Salman also conveyed his prayers for the protection of Qatar and its people, wishing for the continuation of security and stability, and hoping that Qatar remains an oasis of security, peace, and prosperity.
