Doha:The 22nd edition of the Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition (DJWE) will be hosted by Qatar Tourism at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC) from September 28 to October 3.

According to Qatar News Agency, the event is under the patronage of HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani. This year's exhibition will bring together over 49 exhibitors representing more than 500 brands from around the globe.

The exhibition will feature an extensive selection of jewellery and watch collections from both local and international designers. HE Chairman of Qatar Tourism Saad bin Ali Al Kharji emphasized the significance of the event, noting it reflects Qatar Tourism's dedication to offering world-class experiences and enhancing Qatar's status as a luxury tourism destination.

In alignment with Qatar National Vision 2030, the exhibition aims to diversify Qatar's tourism offerings, support local talent, and create opportunities for cultural and commercial exchange. QNB Group will serve as the official sponsor, highlighting its commitment to supporting major events in Qatar.

This year's exhibition will introduce a unified visual identity across the event's spaces and exhibitor pavilions, enhancing the visitor experience. It will feature three dedicated pavilions the Qatari Designers Pavilion, along with Turkish and Indian pavilions, showcasing a wide array of jewellery traditions and craftsmanship.

A notable addition is the participation of Christie's, the renowned global auction house for art, luxury, and collectibles. Christie's will offer public talks to provide insights into the jewellery and watch markets, further expanding the international appeal of the exhibition.
