Muscat, HE President of Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani took part in the 35th meeting of Their Highnesses and Excellencies presidents of the GCC Olympic Committees held today in Muscat, Oman.

The meeting reviewed and discussed different topics on its agenda to enhance the GCC joint action in the field of sport, and appropriate decisions were take in this regard.

HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani thanked the Sultanate of Oman for hosting the meeting which addressed many important topics to develop the GCC joint action in the field of sport.

HE QOC President expressed his welcome to Their Highnesses and Excellencies presidents of the GCC Olympic Committees in the 36th meeting which will be held in Doha in 2024.

HE QOC First Vice President Mohamed bin Yousef Al Mana and HE QOC Secretary General Jassim bin Rashid Al Buenain attended the meeting.
