She added that students are accepted according to the capacity of each college separately and that educational paths at the secondary level will also be taken into consideration when applying to university.

She pointed out that the process of applying for admission to QU is by completing the electronic application on the university’s official website (apply.qu.edu.qa) and uploading the required documents.

Al Rubaie also said that students from the Qatari government secondary schools starting from 2016 and after submitting the high school diploma are not required to submit a transcript of the secondary school certificate, as their results will be received from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. Whereas, private schools and international schools, in addition to the Qatari government and independent secondary school students for the year 2015 and before, will be re
quired to bring the original high school diploma transcript certified and approved by the authorities in addition to copies of them to be matched and come to QU before the application deadline.

Students of other universities must bring the original university transcript certified and approved by the competent authorities in addition to copies of them to be matched and submitted to QU before the application deadline, added the Director of the Admission Department.
