Visibility inshore will be 04 to 08/02 KM or less at places at first. Offshore, it will be 5 to 9 KM.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 FT, rises to 3 to 5 FT by afternoon. Offshore, it will be 7 to 10 FT by afternoon.
