The Palestinian Health Ministry in the Gaza Strip said on Saturday that at least 198 people were killed and 1,610 were injured in Israeli air raids on the blockaded enclave.
It said in a statement that the casualty toll from the ongoing air strikes will be updated at the top of the hour.
