Voluntary work in forming children's personality — KRCS Chairman

By Arwa Al-Woqayyan KUWAIT, June 8 (KUNA) — Chairman of the Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) Dr. Hilal Al-Sayer affirmed on Wednesday the importance of voluntary work in the formation of the child’s personality and development of his or her morales making them beneficial members to their community.
آ آ آ This came in a statement by Al-Sayer to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on the intention of KRCS to organize a summer training course for children between July 11 and August 8.
Registration for the course ends June 11, he added.
آ آ آ Al-Sayer said the session, dedicated for the age group of 5 to 10 years, includes activities and programs as well as a variety of lectures on the principles of first aid, trips and competitions in order to teach kids the seven principles of the international movement of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and instill the principles of voluntary work in them.(end).
