Turkish Military Announces Killing 30 ISIS Militants in Northern Syria

Ankara, At least 30 ISIS militants were killed in northern Syria in the last 24 hours as part of the ongoing Operation Euphrates Shield, according to a Turkish General Staff statement released on Tuesday.

In addition, 207 ISIS targets, including the terror groups shelters, headquarters, defense positions and vehicles were hit by Free Syrian Army (FSA), the statement said.

The Turkish Air Force also hit 24 ISIS targets in the Syrian towns of Al-Bab, Bzagah and Tadif, including 20 shelters and an anti-aircraft and a mortar site.

Separately, coalition air forces hit an underground tunnel used by ISIS militants during operations in Al-Bab.
