Training on Government Human Resources Planning System Starts

Doha, October 07 (QNA) –  HE the Cabinet Secretary General Dr. Issa bin Saad Al Noaimi launched this morning the programme of training courses for government  human resources planning system which will enter into force as of next November.
HE Dr. Al-Noaimi said the programme will be implemented in three phases, the first of which will begin in November to include seven government bodies, and will be followed by the implementation of the second and third phases to complete the implementation of the programme in all government bodies.
He confirmed that work on the implementation of the human resources programme has actually started  with the team formed by the state, and includes the Supreme Council of Information and Communication Technology (ictQATAR), the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to implement the programme which will connect all the departments of human resources at the state level . “We’re currently on the process of training staff in seven government bodies that have been selected for the effective use of the programme,” Dr. Al-Noaimi said explaining that when the programme is executed it would be possible to identify the possibility of the existence of any problems during implementation or application so that they could be resolved before the start of the programme’s other stages.
The Cabinet Secretary General lauded the system, describing it as a big project that will bring significant benefits at the state  level, reduce and facilitate procedures between government bodies and provide a data base to support decision-makers in the state.”
The government human resources planning system is a leading system aimed to increase work efficiency of the state’s administrative aparatus through the consolidation of action mechanism of all the administrative units  with respect to the field of human resources, improve services by reducing work time and provide  modern technology,  data and information that help expedite the completion of work.
For his part, Hadi bin Saeed Al-Khayareen, Director of the Institute of Administrative Development has stressed the importance of the human resources programme, calling for concerted efforts of all parties to ensure the success of this project . (QNA)
