Artist Taner Ceylan to unveil new works at ArtInternational fairIstanbul-based, German-born hyperrealist artist Taner Ceylan will present some of his never-before-seen works in Istanbul next month as part of the art fair ArtInternational Istanbul.Two works from the artistandrsquos newest series andldquoolden Age,andrdquo andldquoAy Teniandrdquo (The Skin of the Moon) and andldquoAy MasalIandrdquo (The Moon Tale), will be showcased for the first time in the world at the fair, which will be marking its second edition from Sept.

Ceylan began to work on andldquoolden Ageandrdquo following his exhibition andldquoThe Lost Painting Seriesandrdquo at Paul Kasmin in 2013. The last time the artist presented a solo exhibition in Istanbul was in 2005, when his works were featured at an exhibition titled andldquoDe-Composedandrdquo at the Galerist art space.
