His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, inaugurated Al Maha Island project in Lusail city, during a ceremony held yesterday evening.

The inauguration ceremony started with an inaugural speech from His Excellency and a documentary on the project. After that, His Excellency the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior gave the start signal, marking the inauguration of the Island.

His Excellency toured the Island to be briefed on the facilities constructed according to the best international standards like Lusail Winter Wonderland and the world-class dining restaurants’ area, in addition to the Island’s various entertainment services.

The opening ceremony was attended by a number of Their Excellency Sheikhs, Ministers, Their Excellency Heads of diplomatic missions accredited by the country, senior officials, and ceremony guests.
