HE Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Counterterrorism and Mediation in Conflict Resolution Dr. Mutlaq bin Majed Al Qahtani and his accompanying delegation met during their visit to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan separately with HE First Vice President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Amrullah Saleh, HE Second Vice President Sarwar Danish, and HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Mohammad Haneef Atmar.
The meetings discussed the current developments in Afghanistan and the peace negotiations taking place in Doha.
