HE Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Counter-Terrorism and Mediation in Conflict Resolution Dr. Mutlaq bin Majed Al Qahtani met on Sunday with HE Special Representative of UN Secretary-General for Afghanistan Roza Otunbayeva, who is visiting the country.
During the meeting, they discussed the bilateral relations between the State of Qatar and the United Nations, the latest developments in Afghanistan and ways to enhance prospects for joint cooperation.
