Shell from Yemen kills four people, wounds three others in Saudi Arabia

RIYADH, Aug 1 (KUNA) — A mortar shell fired from Yemen on the Saudi Arabia’s southern governorate of Samtah has killed four people and injured three others, said Saudi civil defense on Monday.
A team of civil defense received a report that a missile fired from Yemen fell on the governorate, said Yahia Al-Qahtani, spokesman for civil defense in Jizan Province in a statement carried by Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The missile killed four people, including a child and a woman, and wounded three others, including a woman, he added.
He noted that the wounded were admitted to a hospital for treatment.
The southern areas of Saudi Arabia have been attacking by missiles fired from Yemen, causing casualties and leading to financial losses. (end)
