Seven people killed in private jet crash in Canada

WASHINGTON, March 29 (KUNA) — Seven people who were on board a private jet, amongst them a former Canadian MP, have all died in a crash at Canada’s Magdalen Islands off the coast of Quebec, local reports said on Tuesday.
The small plane, which had taken off from Montreal, crashed on Iles-de-la-Madeleine before arriving at the airport amid fog and freezing rain, Canada’s CBC said quoting Quebec provincial police. (end) sd.bs
