Russian chopper crash kills two people, injures two others

MOSCOW, March 4 (KUNA) — Two people died and another two suffered injuries in a helicopter accident in Vladimir region, Russia security sources said Friday.
Russia news agency (Interfax) quoted security sources as saying the chopper made a hard landing earlier in a forested area on the border of the Ivanovo and Vladimir regions while making a forest inspection flight.
There were four people on board, and contact has been established with them, the sources said.
A commission to ascertain the circumstances and causes of the accident has been formed, the sources added. (end) as.mb
