Rouhani postpones Austria visit for security reasons

TEHRAN, March 29 (KUNA) — The President of Iran Hassan Rouhani’s upcoming visit to Austria, scheduled for Wednesday, has been postponed for security reasons, official media reported Tuesday.
The Iranian President’s visit will be made in an appropriate date later upon mutual agreement with Asutria in order to make further security arrangements, Rouhani’s office said in a statement, according to Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA).
Earlier, Austrian President Heinz Fischer announced that Rouhani has postponed his two-day visit due to security reasons, adding that the Iranian President was originally scheduled to arrive to Vienna Tuesday’s evening. (end) mw.ma
