The Regulatory Authority for Charitable Activities (RACA) and Hamad bin Khalifa University (HBKU) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhancing co-operation between the two institutions and provide more services and activities to the Qatari community regarding charitable and humanitarian work.

The MoU was signed by the General-Manager of RACA Ibrahim Abdulla al-Dehaimi and President of HBKU Dr Ahmad Hasnah.

The MoU included mechanisms for scientific and knowledge exchange between the two institutions, the exchange of expertise and experts, the organization of joint events such as research and studies, workshops, conferences and seminars of common interest, the examination of ways of co-operation regarding charitable and community contributions, the exchange of training and professional experiences, the provision of scholarships, and the establishment of specialized seats in the charitable and humanitarian fields.
