Qatar Stock Exchange index declined by 0.10% at the beginning of its trading on Sunday, loosing 10.33 points to drop to 98,98 points, compared to yesterday’s closing, weighed down by five sectors.

Data issued by QSE showed an increase in the insurance sector by 2.61%, the communications sector by 0.77%. On the other hand, the index recorded a decline in the real estate sector by 0.05%, the consumer goods and services sector by 0.06%, the industrial sector by 0.15%, the transport sector by 0.18%, and the banking and financial services sector by 0.22%.

At 10:00 am, Qatar Stock Exchange recorded 2109 transactions worth QR 52.703 million, distributed to 24.237 shares.
