Qatar Civil Aviation Authority, in cooperation with the Middle East Regional Monitoring Agency of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), organized a workshop today on risk analysis related to vertical separation between aircraft. This comes within the aim of training the personnel of the Air Navigation Department on all air safety procedures for high-altitude routes which are followed by the Organization (ICAO).
The workshop also comes in conjunction with the approaching date of the activation of Phase 1B of the Doha Flight Information Region (FIR).
