HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Russian Federation Sheikh Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Thani inaugurated the meetings of representatives of the “Qatari-Russian Tourism Sector” organized by the Tourism Directorate of the Government of the Russian capital, Moscow.
During the meetings, held via video conference, they reviewed means of enhancing prospects for cooperation between the State of Qatar and the Russian Federation in this field.
In the State of Qatar’s speech at the beginning of the meetings, HE Sheikh Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Thani emphasized the importance of such events and their role in enhancing cooperation between the two countries.
His Excellency gave a brief presentation about the most important stages of relations between the State of Qatar and the Russian Federation, noting the recently available elements that will contribute to a significant increase in the flow of tourists to the State of Qatar from various countries of the world, including Russia.
HE also expressed thanks to the Moscow government for organizing these meetings, wishing the participating businessmen from both sides success in their work.
