Doha – The First Session of “Tajrebaty” Initiative was held today at Qatar University (QU) in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and Sports and Qatar Youth Hostels Association.

Organized by QU, the event aimed to promote the role of youth in the development and growth of the human civilization through knowledge-sharing. It provided youth with a platform to exchange their ideas and experiences with the members of the community, which will enable them to realize their aspirations.

IT Expert Dr Rashed Bin Ali Al-Kubaisi gave a talk on “Overcoming Challenges”, while Health Culture Activist Ms Sabah Al Bahlani shared her experience on “Educating and Rehabilitating Children With Special Needs”, and student Ahmed AlHajery from QU College of Business and Economics on QU Special Needs Support Center. Visual Artist Safiya Al Bahlani gave a talk entitled “Art Speaks”.

The program agenda included welcome speech by “Tajrebaty” Initiative Founder Eng Ibrahim Al Sada on “The Concept Begins Here”.

In his remarks, Al Sada said: “The “Tajrebaty” Initiative has been launched by the youth who believed in its mission and objectives. I strongly believe that this initiative serves as a platform for successful youth to share their ideas and inspire the society.” (QNA)
