Qatar Stock Exchange index declined by 0.60% at the beginning of its trading on Sunday, loosing 59.11 points to drop to 98,50 points, compared to Thursday’s closing, weighed down by the industry and transport sectors.

Data issued by QSE showed an increase in the communications sector by 1.41%, the real estate sector by 0.47%, the banking and financial services sector by 0.11%. On the other hand, the insurance sector declined by 0.13%, the consumer goods and services sector declined by 0.58%, while the industrial and transport sectors each declined by 1.66%.

At 10:00 am, Qatar Stock Exchange recorded 2301 transactions worth QR 67.475 million, distributed to 31.344 shares
