Qatar Postal Services Company (Qatar Post) has signed an agreement with Al Meera Group sealing a new partnership aimed at implementing Qatar Post self-service kiosks within Al Meera company branches across Qatar.
This decision marks another key milestone in the transformation journey of the organization and its move to constantly improve customer service with better access and use of postal services across Qatar.
Today, Qatar Post is bringing the postal services a step closer to our consumers to support them in their day-to-day errands. Our goal is to make people’s life easier with a hassle-free customer experience. Our partnership with Al Meera is fully in line with the future growth and customer access strategy of Qatar Post and we are very excited by the opening of our first retail kiosks, Hassan Al Otaibi, Deputy Director of Retails and Customers at Qatar Post, commented.
