Qatar Participates in Arab League Legal Meeting on Counter-terrorism

Cairo, – The first meeting of the joint committee of experts from Arab justice and interior ministries started Wednesday at the Arab League headquarters to discuss the modernization of Arab agreements on counter-terrorism and the Arab strategy and Arab law, under the presidency of Iraq.

The two-day meeting aims to discuss legislations related to counter-terrorism, including the Arab model law on counter-terrorism and Arab agreements and Arab strategies on counter-terrorism.

Qatar is taking part in the meeting through a delegation that comprises Ali Mohamed Al Yerboui, assistant director of the agreements and international cooperation department at the Ministry of Justice, and Major Ahmed Abdullah Al Harami, assistant director of the legal affairs department at the Ministry of Interior.
