Qatar is the World Richest Country for 2019

The State of Qatar is the world’s richest country for 2019, according to a recent report released by the American economic research firm Ricardo, while Kuwait came in second place in the Gulf Region after Qatar, where the share of Qatari citizens of GDP about $ 135 thousand, while the share of Kuwait about $ 70 thousand.

In contrast, the report showed that the share of citizens in both Saudi Arabia and the UAE fell by 5% and 3.5%, respectively, to reach the share of Saudi GDP of $ 57 thousand, while the share of the UAE $ 67 thousand dollars.

The report was based on the latest data issued by the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank for calculating the GDP of each country. It was also based on a number of indicators in the country, including local currency exchange rates and purchasing power and inflation rates.
