The Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Republic of Rwanda celebrated the inauguration of its headquarters in the capital, Kigali, in the presence of HE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Rwanda Dr. Vincent Biruta, and a number of heads of diplomatic missions accredited to the country.
On this occasion, HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Rwanda Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Sayed affirmed that the opening of the embassy headquarters confirms the depth of friendly relations between the two countries.
