HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi chaired a consultative meeting of Arab foreign ministers at the headquarters of the Arab League’s General Secretariat ahead of the start of the 156th session of the ministerial-level meeting of the Arab League Council.
The meeting reviewed the main issues on the agenda of the 156th session of the Arab League Council, including items related to the protection and preservation of Arab national security and support for the Palestinian cause, in addition to the developments in Libya, Syria and Yemen and the coordination of Arab positions on the issues presented to the next session of the United Nations General Assembly.
