Project Management Training Program for Government Employees

Within the plans for the development of specialized training programs adopted by the Civil Service and Governmental Development Bureau (CSGDB), the Institute of Public Administration implemented the “Project Management” program. The program targets employees whose nature of work and job specialization require the preparation and follow-up of projects in government entities. The program was provided with (40) training hours, over (10) training days, and (4) daily training hours, from June 5-16, 2022 for the female category.

The program aims to empower participants with the skills necessary to manage projects and learn about the most important methods used in their implementation and follow-up.

The program included (10) main training themes. The first theme of the program dealt with the basic principles of project management, which covers the project life cycle, causes of project failure, roles, responsibilities, and risk management.
