Moscow, SANA- One Russian National Guard serviceman, attacked in the Kursk Region near the Ukranian border, succumbed to his wounds, Russian Investigative Committee told reporters Saturday.
“One law enforcement officer was wounded and later died in a medical facility,” the committee said.
