MOTC Seeks Customer Satisfaction Measurement and Institutional Performance

The Tenders and Auctions Committee of the Ministry of Communications and Transport (MOTC) announced the launch of two new tenders, the first aims to measure customer satisfaction and the second develops the system of institutional performance, through the bidding system in one envelope for each tender. The tenders will be closed on June 16th with the possibility of submitting the tender document through the E-tendering Portal until 2:00 PM of the closing date of the tender.

As a result, the Ministry can measure the quality of the services provided and learn how to improve them as appropriate.
