Morocco condemns attack in Saudi Arabia

RABAT, Jan 30 (KUNA) — Morocco strongly condemned the attack that targeted a mosque in Saudi Arabia’s eastern city of Al-Ahsa, killing and injuring many victims.
In a press statement late Friday, the Foreign Ministry expressed condemnation to the attack which aimed at disrupting peace and stability in Saudi Arabia and harm citizens and residents alike.
The statement emphasized the unequivocal support to the Saudi kingdom’s efforts in combating terrorism and maintaining security and stability in the country.
The attack took place in eastern city of Al-Ahsaa and killed four people and wounded 18 others, including two policemen. (end) adt.mb
