MOI Launches “Communicate with Us” e-Service

The Ministry of the Interior (MOI) launched a new electronic service to receive and answer inquiries sent by citizens and residents about the services provided by the Ministry. This new service will be provided by the Ministry through its website and Metrash2 App as part of its electronic services.

Lieutenant Colonel, Ahmad Abdullah Al Harami, Assistant Director of Legal Affairs, explained that this service represents joint efforts among the General Directorate of Legal Affairs, Public Relations Department, the General Directorate of Passports and the General Directorate of Information Systems. The idea will first be applied to two departments: the General Directorate of Passports, since it is the one providing services to the public, and the General Directorate of Legal Affairs to answer any legal inquiries about the services provided by the Ministry or any legal inquiries regarding laws related to the work of the Ministry.

You can check the new service by logging in to Metrash2, clicking on Communicate with Us, then selecting Consulting service and then choosing the appropriate department; either the General Directorate of Passports or the General Directorate of Legal Affairs at the current stage. The applicant will then select Send and a page will be shown to confirm receipt of the inquiry or consultation, and the reply will be sent to the registered email. Please note that Communicate with Us service is available in both Arabic and English and is limited only to the owners of QID numbers.
