Mohammed bin Zayed receives Emirati winner of World Endurance Championship for Juniors and Young Riders

WAM ABU DHABI, 5th August, 2013 (WAM)–His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, received on Sunday evening at Al Bateen Palace the young Emirati horseman, Khalifa Ali Al Jahwari, winner of the 7th World Endurance Championship for Junior and Young Riders, covering a distance of 120 km.

The race, held recently in forests near the French city of Tarbes, attracted 92 riders from 28 countries.

H. H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, and H. H. Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chief of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court, attended the meeting.

Sheikh Mohamed praised the work of the training and technical staff on their preparation of Al Jawhari for the event. He urged him to exert more efforts to win more championships.
