The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) has announced updating the list of academic majors and programs offered for the 2021/2022 academic year by the end of September through the MOEHE website.
According to the Ministry’s website, higher education institutions provided 366 educational programs for the academic year 2020-2021, with Qatar University, Community College, College of the North Atlantic and Hamad bin Khalifa University providing more than 57% of these programs.
Higher education institutions in Qatar are divided into 10 public institutions offering 206 academic programs, five military institutions offering 19 academic programs, eight institutions affiliated to Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development offering 69 academic programs, and nine higher education institutions affiliated to the private sector offering 72 academic programs.
