Mada Center Grants Digital Access Certification to Public Prosecution Website

The Assistive Technology Centre (Mada) of the Ministry of Transport and Communications has granted its Digital Access Certification to the Public Prosecution website for applying the web content accessibility standards for persons with disabilities, elderly and those with functional limitations.

The certificate is awarded to websites that provide digital access to content and e-services, in addition to meeting the requirements and guideline for web content access.

On this occasion, Maha Al Mansouri Chief Executive at Mada, affirmed that access to information is a right for all, and that the certificate given to the Public Prosecution’s website is an addition to Qatar’s digital access achievements, making it the seventh government site to be accredited according to international standards of e-accessibility.
