Kuwait's female shooters win four medals in Arab championship

CAIRO, March 30 (KUNA) — Kuwaiti female shooters have snatched four diverse medals; one gold, two silver and one bronze, in Wednesday’s competitions of the 12nd Arab Shooting Championship.
Shooter Afrah Adel won the gold medal of skeet competition and her compatriot Eman Al-Shamaa won the silver of the same category, Secretary General of Kuwait Shooting Federation and Arab Shooting Federation Obaid Al-Osaimie told KUNA.
He added that young Kuwaiti talent Heba Irzouqi won the silver medal of the 50-meter rifle game.
Meanwhile, a national team comprising Mariam and Niran Irzouqi and Amal Nedhal won a bronze medal, Al-Osaimie said.
Over 422 shooters representing 16 Arab countries, including Kuwait, are partaking in the competition, which started March 28 and will last till April 4. (end) ms.ibi
