KUWAIT, March 14 (KUNA) — The Kuwaiti Cabinet on Monday denounced a recent bomb explosion that hit Kisilay district in downtown Ankara, billing it as a “terrorist act”.
The cabinet reiterated in a press release following its weekly meeting Kuwait’s position rejecting all forms and types of terrorism which run counter with all religions, values and human norms.
It also offered heartfelt condolences to the Turkish government and people over the victims of the bombing, and wished swift recovery to those injured in the attack.
On Sunday, a powerful car bombing hit Kisilay district in downtown Ankara, leaving at least 37 people killed and more than 100 others wounded. (end) mt
