LUSAKA, Zambia — A Kuwaiti parliamentary delegation headed by Speaker Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim and an accompanying partakes in meetings of the Inter-Parliamentary Union’s (IPU) 134th conference, due March 19-23. Al-Ghanim is scheduled to give Kuwait’s speech before the conference, held under the theme “Democracy Renewal – Granting Vote for Youth.”
