The Jordan Post Company (JPC) and Aramex Jordan Ltd. on Sunday signed a joint cooperation agreement in the field of international express freight. According to a statement, the JPC said the agreement would enable its customers to use international express shipping services that reach about 220 countries across the world. The agreement was signed by JPC Acting General Manager, Hanadi Tayeb, and General Manager of Aramex Jordan, Raed Nawras, in presence of JPC Chairman, Sami Daoud. Speaking at signing ceremony, Daoud said the agreement would enhance development of Jordan’s postal services provided to customers by expanding the logistical channels available to deliver their mail parcels within the Aramex-owned postal stations across the world. Under the agreement Daoud noted JPC’s administration seeks to provide quality services to the company’s customers by providing “door to door” postal services, at “preferential” prices based on the latest means that provide accuracy, speed and confidence. For his part, Nawras affirmed Aramex’s keenness to cooperate with the JPC as the national provider of Jordan’s postal services.
