Baghdad, Prime Minister of Iraq Mustafa Al-Kadhimi received here today Minister of Commerce Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, and his accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, the Minister of Commerce conveyed the greetings and congratulations of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense to the Iraqi Prime Minister on the advent of the blessed Eid Al-Adha, as well as their wishes of further progress and prosperity to the peoples of the two countries.

For his part, the Prime Minister conveyed Dr. Al-Qasabi his greetings, appreciation and congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, on this occasion, hailing the level of relations between the two countries, stressing the keenness to strengthen them, and looking forward to more prospects of joint cooperation within the framework of the Saudi-Iraqi Coordination Council, in a manner that achieves the interests of the peoples of the two countries.

During the meeting, they discussed ways to develop the bilateral relations between the two countries, enhance cooperation in the fields of economy and investment, work to enhance and develop intra-trade movement, and facilitate implementation procedures to enhance the bilateral cooperation at various levels and fields.
